Junior Sales Associate Position Currently Available  Back to Top
 
Seeking a salesperson to sell birthday packages and custom packages to 40/40 Club customers.  Must be organized, detail oriented, have the ability to constantly multi task, and handle multiple calls.

Qualifications & Training:

  • Focused, highly-motivated salesperson
  • Extremely detail-oriented, flexible and reliable as a team player, with the ability to take direction.
  • High aptitude for learning in a fast paced evolving environment, where self improvement and remaining current on packages
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in situations requiring multi tasking activities and call handling.
  • Computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 

Essential Duties:  

  • Answer phones and questions regarding inquiries of the 40/40 club,birthday packages and custom packages.
  • Create leads of all clients inquiring about packages, room rentals, and parties.
  • Email and fax 40/40 club packages and information to clients.
  • Follow-up on leads as assigned or individually developed.
  • Plan follow-up calls and maintain all reporting and administrative functions in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Conduct and control the sales process from the opening call to the close of the package sale or the passing of the caller as a qualified prospect.
  • Build instant rapport with the customer to initiate and complete the sales cycle.
